Liked:The staff was wonderful and assisted me with a smile and an upgrade. The Jr. Suite was comfortable and it had an amazing view of the pool area and lands end. The property is in a great location on the Medano Beach and has the feeling of a small hotel with all the amenities and great restaurants steps away.

Disliked:I had to leave.

Disliked:I disliked that the hotel grounds were hot.. the design was open , so air conditioning isn’t used unless you are in your room..

Our new home

Liked:Casa Dorada exceeded all of our expectations. The location is hard to beat—right on Medano Beach, the best beach in Cabo and one of the only places where you can actually swim in the ocean. It’s also just a short walk to the marina, restaurants, and everything downtown has to offer. From the moment we arrived, the hotel felt like a home away from home. The staff genuinely cared about making our stay special, and that made all the difference. A special thank you to Enrique, the head captain, who went above and beyond throughout our trip. He truly elevated our experience and made it unforgettable. The beach servers also deserve recognition—they worked incredibly hard every day and always did so with a smile. The rooms are spacious and perfect for families. We stayed in a two-bedroom suite for our kids and a one-bedroom suite for the grandparents, and everyone had plenty of space and was very comfortable. If you’re looking for a resort with an unbeatable location, exceptional service, and large family-friendly accommodations, Casa Dorada is an easy 5-star recommendation. We can’t wait to come back.
