Staff were fantastic.

Liked:Staff were supernice and helpful. They were all fantastic. The room was clean, the bed comfortable, the wifi good and everything worked.

Disliked:It is right next to the freeway, which created some loud background noise, and I could hear my neighbors through the adjoining room door. It was cheaper than other places in the area, so I guess the price was good value from that point of view. Burbank as a whole is more expensive than I expected.

Liked:It was so dirty .. instead of hotel they should write motel… it was worse than motel i guess..

Disliked:They charged me extra 77 dollar.
