Great hotel and Amazing staff !

Liked:I loved the location of the hotel and how clean it was. How easy it was to get on the freeway. I felt safe if I did want to walk down the street. The staff was really nice and was really helpful. There was an issue with our fridge when we just checked into the room, and they were able to fix it right away by moving us to another room. I like that they served breakfast in the morning, but maybe we will try it next time since we didn’t wake up lol

Disliked:I’m not sure if this could be worked on, but our room faced the freeway and you could hear how fast the cars and trailers drive. We could hear the noise from our window it was hard to fall asleep. The Valet staff was really nice and super helpful. Ernie the night valet employee was so helpful. It’s not that I didn’t like the valet service its great but more of a safety concern. There’s too many cars on the driveway and if there was an emergency, it would be hard to get out of the driveway. When I pulled in there was not enough space. I would rather park my car myself so I’m not in the way.

Poor service and quality

Liked:They don't have parking they have a parking lot and it's in the property but it's ran by a separate company in the hotel. So you need to pay a second time and they only offer street parking across the street that is also busy and on a curve. The breakfast is no different than any other hotel and is mainly cafateria food. The eggs are lost likely powder eggs since they had a lot of water in them. It was like a scramble soup. The pastries taste like they are put out every day and they only replace the ones that have been eaten. The bread was stale and not even the toaster could save it. The walls have stains and the paint is chipping all over the furniture. The mattresses feel old and are so soft the almost wrap you up better than the blankets. The tub makes a god awful sound when it drains. There was a board holding up the ac that they somewhat covered with carpet and has the tack nails sticking out. It's like a small bed of nails. You would do better staying in a motel. Avoid this place.
