Liked:Comfortable and great location

Disliked:2 staff knock my door and interrupt me and my partner while we were getting ready to leave. They said that in their paper shows that no one was in the room anymore? and that we even left the key at the front desk, but even after I explained them we haven’t check out yet, they knock my door one more time. It was very unpleasant. I talked with front desk lady and she said that it did not show that I checked out yet. But why they insisted knocking my door and interrupt my comfort? I even had the don’t disturb sign hanging on my door. Very bad experience!!! I like to travel to LA and I wanted to try a new hotel close to Hollywood, but because this experience I will not comeback to your hotel. Everything else was fine, but that experience was really unpleasant!!
