Liked:Really enjoyed our stay here! The villa was clean, nice and comfortable, and the staff were attentive. Everyone was friendly and very helpful throughout our stay. Check in was seamless. We requested for extra pillows and blanket, and they attended to our requests without any fuss. Our original villa had a small issue with one of the bathroom, but the staff handled it really well and even gave us a complimentary upgrade, which we really appreciated. Overall, we had a great experience and felt well taken care of. Would definitely come back again! ❤️

Perfect place at Bang Tao

Liked:Wonderful place. All staff are very helpful. Villa is big, nice equipped. The location is perfect - good restaurants, sports clubs - all in 5-10 min.

Liked:We had a wonderful stay at Shamballa Grand Villa. The villa is spacious, comfortable, very well maintained, and perfect for a family stay. The private pool was a real highlight, especially with the kids, and we really enjoyed the peaceful and private atmosphere. The location is also very convenient, with easy access to Bang Tao, restaurants, shops and everything you need, while still being in a quiet area. A special thank you to the team for their kindness, availability and flexibility throughout our stay. Communication was always easy and professional, and they were very accommodating with our requests. We truly enjoyed our stay and we would happily stay here again!
