Liked:Very nice hotel only problem bedsheets pillows etc too thick and lights in room too dim and when light is switched of the console is not light up so difficult to find the switches. Otherwise a very nice hotel.

Liked:Loved the easy access to the beach and convenient stores

Disliked:Wouldnt come back here. 1. The customer service in the restaurant was very poor, the staff was rude, scolded us and was annoyed by simple requests. 2. The toilet in the room was clogged throughout our stay. 3. Food was expensive and wasnt good, street food tasted much better. 4. The doors can open despite being locked from the inside. Unsafe for kids as they can simply open the door and we would be unaware if we were sleeping or in the washroom. The change of locks were being done throughout our stay which cause sound and other disruptions. 5. The front desk were not really welcoming and the check in and out took abit of time.
