A good stay that I wish would have been a great stay.

Liked:The location is perfect; quiet and away from the hustle and bustle, but only 30minutes from the airport and The Old Town. Great restaurants on site, especially the Italian and the Thai restaurants. Lots of water and land activities available. A great spa with lovely staff. Our concerns and feedback on the ongoing renovations were taken seriously and met with professionalism.

Disliked:The current site renovations were not communicated prior to arrival. No mention on the main page on the website. The main pool (which was one of the reasons for choosing this hotel), pool bar and some garden areas are not in use at all and are cordoned off with construction site walls that unfortunately affect the atmosphere in the adjacent area along with construction noise.

An excellent start to our month long journey through out Thailand.

Liked:Yes the pools were down but we got to visit banyan tree pool everyday. Victor was absolutely wonderful in all aspects of our stay. I highly recommend! I would like to visit again when all the pools are open.

Disliked:The breakfast was top notch every day and the restaurants on site were 5 star dining.

Disappointing as was not informed about the vast renovation works.

Liked:The staff were friendly and welcoming.

Disliked:The majority of the pools were shut for renovation works. There was only a small pool on the beach with only a few sunbeds. We only booked the hotel for the choice of pools and so we’re disappointed when we arrived to find the majority of the hotel was being renovated.

Liked:The staff is very helpfull, they display warmth and genuine hospitality

Disliked:The inhouse restraurent are very expensive for the food they serve, its not worth it.
