Could do better!

Liked:Looks amazing from the photos and the pool is lovely and hotel staff are really nice .

Disliked:Didn't like the fact that once the hotel staff realize you're staying on. Condominium that they don't want to know you. Our bags left in the reception and we had to go and collect them later once we realized. The Thai people are so nice and welcoming but not if you're staying in the condos! First impressions were not good. Didn't like that we were not allowed to get towels from pool man, no advice that we had to use the grey towels on the room. Didn't think the bedding was clean, both beds had makeup stains on the sheets. Communication with the host was lacking as I wanted to avail of transfer assistance before we arrived and messaged thru 2 avenues and was ignored. 2 rooms are small, apartment is modern but the furnishings are showing signs of wear. On arrival at our second stay location the whole family commented that the first impression was much better - welcome drinks, cold towels and genuine smiles!

Liked:The host was kind and friendly and tried to accommodate all our requests. Clean. The apartment was nice but dated.

Disliked:The towels and bed sheets need changing and supplies like toiletries and tissue boxes were not topped up regularly. Had to keep chasing.

Nice apartment

Liked:Nice cozy apartment, access to pool and gym. Everything you need in the kitchen and washing machine with washing powder. A little bit outside is small cafe with cheap and very tasty food and drinks. Tuk tuk to the beach 100 bats. We stayed 4 nights and got unexpected cleaning 1 day, really nice. Friendly stuff.

Disliked:Could have one more chair on balcony :)
