I had a splendid stay, although the lack of a suitable charging point and an iron meant dealing with a low phone battery

Liked:The location and facilities

Disliked:Guests travelling from the UK or other regions that do not use EU plugs should be advised to bring a suitable travel adaptor, as universal plug sockets or adaptors were not readily available at the hotel. I was also disappointed that the hotel was unable to provide an iron, even temporarily or for an additional charge. As a result, I had to wear creased clothing throughout my three-day stay, which was quite inconvenient. Considering the size of the hotel, the international guests it accommodates, and the rates charged, I believe basic facilities such as travel adaptors and access to an iron should be available. Aside from these issues, everything else met my expectations and I was generally satisfied with my stay.
