Thermal relaxation - mostly

Liked:I came for two days to de-stress and swim while the weather was very hot. Staff were nice overall but a couple of younger members seemed inexperienced at resolving problems. Breakfast was ok and sort of something for everyone but they could go the extra mile and try a bit harder. There is an insane seating system where every hotel room is assigned a random table in the huge dining room which you have to find even when the room is mostly empty - they are not in any order. Breakfast made me a bit skeptical of the chef so I skipped lunch and dinner. They do have great unlimited coffee and offer a wide variety of vegan milks. The best thing here are the indoor and outdoor pools. Thermal and with different massage jets, lots of pool noodles for you to use. They are building another big pool at the back. The outdoor space has decks and gardens with lounge chairs. The rooms are small but comfortable with great showers, a fridge, complementary white bathrobe to use to go to the pool.

Relaxing and comfortable spa break

Liked:A fabulous hotel with friendly, helpful staff and great facilities. We had booked the cheaper end of their room range and were in the older part of the Hotel in single rooms but these were really comfortable. Breakfast was excellent and the pool/ spa facilities perfect. We even borrowed some bikes to explore the town which was great fun and very easy.

Disliked:Nothing we didn’t like.
