True Italian Hospitality at Its Best

Liked:We returned to this hotel for the second time, and once again it reminded us why true Italian hospitality is so special. There is a distinct sense of tradition here — an atmosphere of warmth and genuine care. The breakfast deserves particular mention: a wide selection for every taste, beautifully presented, and even a light glass of prosecco to start the day if you wish. The pool and spa areas are clean, well-maintained, and offer a calm environment where it is easy to relax. The professionalism of the administration truly stands out — every question is handled quickly, attentively, and with a sense of personal care. The housekeeping team also deserves real appreciation: their attention to detail and the comfort they create in the rooms make the stay even more pleasant. And a special thank-you to the mud-therapy specialists and to the doctor with the wonderfully fitting name Buonocore — “good heart.” Their kindness, professionalism, and care added so much to our experience. A wonderful place to relax, recharge, and feel genuinely welcomed. Grazie di cuore!

Favorite hotel

Liked:We found the President Hotel for our family a long time ago. Later, friends join us. Celebrating Christmas here has become a wonderful tradition for us. The hotel is very conveniently located in the center, just a few steps from a beautiful street with shops, boutiques and cafes. The atmosphere feels like home. The staff is very friendly and attentive. The rooms are cozy and clean. Wonderful SPA area. Excellent cuisine.

Lovely relaxing hotel

Liked:This is a very friendly and welcoming hotel.I stayed alone for a few days before my friends arrived and was perfectly happy.The rooms are comfortable and are always cleaned well by the excellent chambermaids.They offer a variety of rooms,some modern and the more classic ones with carpet.I had a lovely marble bathroom and my only wish would be for more luxurious bath products and better quality tea and coffee.Perhaps also complimentary water in the room daily ,which is standard in many other hotels.The free sweet at night is not really a treat… The breakfast is lovely and served in a comfortable dining room with wonderful staff. The highlight of this hotel is the spa, which is maybe less glamorous than many other hotels ,but the standard of therapists and treatments are excellent. Both of the indoor and outdoor pools are very good with ample sunbeds and towels.

PRESIDENT IS A GRAND HOTEL

Liked:A still great - Albano Terme option. A grand 60's hotel with 2 beautiful large pools - one indoor and spacious lobby and lounge areas. Very professionally maintained with an excellent front desk team who were there to assist -including Paolo and Sebastian . Excellent treatment options at sensibly prices Nicely positioned just a few minutes walk away from the mall with hotels side by side. Nice outside restaurant options just a minute away. Our room was exceptional and great value - a "senior" suite with two complete bathrooms, balconies, and ample cupboard space. A little tired in finishings but hey...it doesn't come more comfortable than this
