Great spot for a relaxing break

Liked:The spa facilities were really great and reasonably priced. The masseuse knew exactly where the issues in my neck and back were without me saying. The pool was clean. There aren’t staff around plenty of chairs and sun loungers both outside and in even though the garden is quite small. The staff are kind and friendly and overall the place has a friendly vibe. It is super close to the centre of Abano Terme.

Disliked:The hotel itself is a little bit tired . There aren’t staff around in the day/evening so it was hard to get service in the poolside bar and main bar. The breakfast at room is small and a bit cramped.

Liked:Everything was ok! I checked in after 9:30 PM and and checked out at 08:00 AM. Breakfast was good, pool was good!

Liked:Beds were comfortable, most staff were helpful and friendly, nice to have water on arrival in fridge, not far to walk to cafes, shops etc good choice of breakfast, didn't have any other meals there though

Disliked:Initial problem with room allocation but was quickly resolved, still wasn't what I booked but couldn't be bothered to change again, they forgot twice to leave control for a/c unit got it eventually. Very slow service at bar but when did very friendly , balcony very small ,
