Relaxing experience at the pools and good dinner course but needs improvements with poolside menu.

Liked:Very relaxing thermal pools with aqua jets and delicious set dinner for half board meals.

Disliked:Decor of hotel & rooms needs updating . It would also be great if they provided tv facilities with English tv channels offering news & movies for foreigners . Also had a bad experience with spa since I was unable to book a treatment since their hotel doctor left early at 11 am and his consultation was a requirement before booking it. We also find that the snack & lunch options at poolside are very limited.

Updated rooms; peaceful thermal pools; older crowd.

Liked:There were many choices of thermal pools and outdoor relaxation areas, all wonderfully quiet and peaceful. We only spent one day at the pools, but appreciated the small outdoor bar area for drinks. The grounds were beautiful, and it was an easy walk into town. Rooms and beds were comfortable and updated, and while the bathrooms were small, they were efficient and well laid out.

Disliked:Rooms were nice and spacious, though better pillow options would be a welcome improvement. The hotel didn’t quite feel 5-star, though this may be due to its age and a guest base that skews older. One suggestion: if half board is purchased, information on dinner attire should be provided upfront. We learned it’s a jacket-and-pants dress code, which felt like overkill for what is essentially a semi-buffet dinner. That said, the experience was fine overall, and we appreciated that the staff still allowed us to dine even though my husband was in shorts.

not up to the expectations

Liked:Various breakfast choices,appreciate the eggs &pancake station. Good position of the structure near center. Appreciate pool facilities(saunas,salt room,relax corner with the tea service . The big room and nice view from the balcony.Good parking facility. Lots of ambients available for guests( tv room, library, lounge etc.

Disliked:Coldness of front office staff upon arrival,no orientation was offered, no info about the facilities of the structure,reluctant in giving info on suggestions for meals outside the hotel; beds in our room were really hard mattressed, asked for a topper to soften a bit. Courtesy gift in the bathroom were incomplete ( containers present but empy). The bathroom appareil was not in good conditions. Breakfast staff non well organised , had to ask repeatedly to have a table for four prepared while standing in the middle of the breakfast room with staff that continued their service around us as nothing was going on and with 3/ 4 other empy tables with the reserved sign on them. Moreover witnessed staff making rude and offensive remarks in italian addressed to foreign guests that did not understand italian language, making fun of them. Even if not permitted in the sauna area i encountered guests that used the facility totally naked without any restriction,hurting my sensibility.
