A great relaxing experience

Liked:The stuff were super kind, available and responsible. From the front desk to catering stuff and cleaning stuff they were all very very nice. The facilities were quite diverse and good. The water temperature of the pools were perfectly right. Also the food was very good.

Disliked:I think I wished a cleaner pool areas, and maybe some warm breakfast options. But the overall experience really compensate these ones.

Great hotel with great staff, confortable and very much value for money

Liked:Lovely three star with pools that are heated. Staff are lovely and always keen to help. The all inclusive is very good value for money, and the menues are varied ad tasty. The two massages I tried were both very good. In fact there is a wide range of treatments and massages to choose from. The room and whole hotel are spotless. I was allowed a late check out so that I could shower and change after the last treatment, which was much appreciated. Thank you.

Disliked:The only thing that could be improved is the opening times of sauna and hammam, which are on only in the afternoon. (not sure why). Also, especially when it's quieter, like during the week, it would be best to remove some of the sunbeds on the ground flloor pool because they cram the whole space, when in fact they are unused. More than half could be stored away, which would give the whole place a better feel of spaciousness and comfort. After all the whole point is to relax and feel pampered.
