Centrally located apartment in need of some maintenance

Liked:Centrally located apartment near the railway station. All check-in was online, no human contact and at times difficult to understand process. Facilities are poorly maintained – dishwasher there but not working, bed mattress and pillows too soft, fan in one room not working, bathroom basin soap dispenser broken, showerhead loose. Kitchen facilities too small. Bedroom located on upper floor, bathroom/toilet on ground floor so can be a little inconvenient. no mirrors in bedroom.

Cheap for a reason

Liked:Room itself wasn't bad, good location, could have done without the mold and mildew that caused a horrific smell in the bathroom though.. look for somewhere else if you're thinking about staying here. Room wasn't as clean as I would expect on arrival either

WORST!!!

Liked:We booked this apartment for 2 days and paid in full. Unfortunately, we forgot to inform them that we wouldn’t arrive on the first day, but we would be there on the second. When we finally arrived and emailed them for the apartment pin, we were told they had already cancelled our booking due to our no-show on the first day. We received NO notification of this cancellation, NO EMAIL, even in booking.com message, and there were NO terms and conditions provided that said our booking would be automatically cancelled if we didn’t arrive on the first day. This is outrageous! DO NOT BOOK THIS APARTMENT! They are thieves, showing no consideration whatsoever. All they care about is taking your money! We’ve wasted 2 days for nothing! Even 1 star is too generous! If I had a choice, I wouldn’t give them any!

Horrible customer service

Liked:We checked in to M606 at Militarstrasse 24 Zurich earlier this afternoon. (Booking number B507917 ). The room was extremely hot at check in so we tried turning on the floor fan in the room and we soon realized the fan is not functional. An email was sent to report the issue. We then left the room and returned later in the night. Upon our return, we noticed the fan is still broken and we have not received any response. The room was extremely hot and air heavy to breath. We called "24/7" customer service at +41 44 248 34 34 to ask for help. We were told there is nothing they can do tonight and we need to wait until tomorrow. There was absolutely no care regarding the fact that tonight the room is unusable. A room that we have already paid for. We asked to be moved to another room; we were told that cannot be done. I am wondering what would "24/7" customer service do if say a pipe was leaking in the room?! This is deceiving. This type of customer service should be advertised ss 9-5 customer service not 24/7. We are extremely disappointed with the customer service we received.
