Great staff and location

Liked:The staff was kind—all of them. I especially remember Esteban; he was welcoming and made us feel at home while we waited for our train. The location is next to Zurich Main Station and also close to the bus station. The room was comfy, and we even got a fan.

Disliked:The lobby was hot.

Liked:Excellent sized room. Bed was comfortable. Walking distance to train station. Food choices nearby. We even had a hand written welcome note. :-)

A very good stay in a great location.

Liked:The hotel is close to Zurich HBF (5 min walk) and tram stops even closer, and in a nice location on a side street. Staff were friendly and helpful. The room was large and a good price for such a great location.

Disliked:There was no air conditioning (which I wasn’t expecting anyway), but a quieter fan would be nice.
