Very good location in ZH, practical, near trams, easy access to center, clean and easy

Liked:Very neat, well organized. Very good value for the location.

Disliked:No staff on hand. Feels a bit strange with no people.

Great location, comfortable apartments.

Liked:Staff were very friendly. Location is fantastic,very close to tram, supermarket, botanic garden and the lake.

Disliked:I felt my room smelt of cigarette smoke, although smoking is not allowed in the room. I aired the room constantly with open door/windows, but this didn't help. I asked if I could get a different room, but unfortunately there was none available.

Great location with easy links to the lake & the main city centre

Liked:The location was great. A 10 min stroll to the lake for a swim with a pleasant 30 min stroll along the prom to the city centre The room met the description given. The room/shower and toilet was clean and tidy and towels were changed on the 3rd day. The reception staff were helpful and friendly. The hotel is a 2 min stroll if that to the Co-Op (superior to the UK's offering) and bus and tram links. There are plenty of good cafes ,bars and resturants. Free coffee is provided adjacent reception. Both the outside appearance and common staircase were clean and tidy. We enjoyed our stay here.

Disliked:I would have like to have had a safe for passports etc. Cooling is provided by a large fan -there is no a/c but we were aware of that when booking.

Clenliness is a must!

Liked:The property is close to everything,from the airport the bus is just infront! Quiet neighborhood at night. The guy who attended us is so kind and helpful!
