Liked:Excellent location. The apartment is beautifully decorated, with great attention to detail, and it was very clean. The owners were very responsive to messages and extremely open and helpful throughout our stay. Everything was well organized, and we had a wonderful experience.

Disliked:One thing I missed was having a wardrobe or more storage space for our belongings. There were some hangers available, but we really needed drawers or shelves to store clothes and personal items, especially since we were a family of four. A wardrobe would have made the stay much more comfortable. The rooms also lack a bit of privacy because the doors are sliding doors. The bed in the bedroom is quite low and has a wooden frame, so we bumped our legs on it several times. However, the bed itself was very comfortable for sleeping; the only inconvenience was getting in and out of it.

Mostly great--beautifully organized and very well located, but upholstery stains bothered.

Liked:The apartment location, layout, organization of apartment entry and check-out, the apartments functional elements, and provision of simple things like a few coffee pods were all excellent. We did not need the parking space, so cannot comment on that. We appreciated the provision of a few coffee pods to start our stay. We also loved the very soft down pillows. These were all so good that we would consider this apartment for a future stay, as we come to Zurich about once per year, provided that the upholstery gets cleaned.

Disliked:The routine cleaning of the apartment was good, but the condition of the upholstery is very much in need of a cleaning, as the sofa, window drape near the sofa, and the bedroom chair were in very unpleasant, stained, condition. This is not consistent with a luxury stay, so I do hope this gets corrected for our possible next stay. As a result, we did not use the sofa, nor the bedroom chair. The fact that all else was very convenient and comfortable led us to overlook this disappointment and enjoy our stay, anyhow, by avoiding these soiled items.

We had a wonderful experience staying at this apartment. The property was exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described. The location was perfect, providing easy access to nearby attractions, restaurants, and transportation while still being peaceful and comfortable. The apartment was spacious, modern, and equipped with everything we needed for a pleasant stay. The beds were comfortable, the facilities were excellent, and the overall atmosphere felt welcoming and relaxing. The host was outstanding—very responsive, professional, and attentive to our needs from check-in to check-out. Their hospitality made our stay even more enjoyable. We truly appreciated the cleanliness, comfort, and attention to detail throughout the property. We would gladly stay here again and highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay. Thank you for providing such an exceptional experience!
