Just lack-luster…

Liked:Great location, nice restaurant and terrace

Disliked:Room was worn down, not like in the pictures anymore. Really bad worn out pillows and linen. The hospitality was lacking in care and generosity. 😒

Great choice in Zurich

Liked:This hotel is exceptional value in what is an expensive city to visit. I was able to get into my room on arrival, which was greatly appreciated. The room was much more spacious than I expected and stylishly decorated. I had two big windows so plenty of light. The terrace next to the river was a perfect place on a warm, sunny day to relax with a drink. Location was excellent, within easy walking distance of the train station and the lake.
