Liked:Although no personal contact with hosts, everything went according instructions and hosts were attentive enough to propose replacing linen, towels, coffee, etc. as our stay was longer than a week.

Disliked:The common areas of the building were not clean enough.

Pleasant stay in a nice neighbourhood in Zurich

Liked:The property was very conveniently located close to a tram and bus station, also Migro’s supermarket is nearby. The kitchen is equipped with almost everything, and there is a lovely balcony in the reception. It is really pretty and comfortable and ideal for a family of 4 like us.

Disliked:I asked the staff to prepare both sofa beds for our two boys and they agreed but they were not prepared when we arrived. They are easy to prepare, and we did find very comfortable extra pillows and covers, but one of the sofa beds was broken, so my son had to sleep diagonally to avoid the broken part.
