Clean, friendly, great

Liked:Very clean. The housekeeping staff was refreshingly social and very kind. The rooms and all facilities were very clean and comfortable. Liz served us with grace at breakfast and was exceptionally friendly. The afternoon hosts, William and his colleague (with long hair pulled into a pony tail) handled a computer crisis with professionalism and managed a difficult situation with calmness and accommodation.
