It was chaotic

Disliked:Due to a family emergency, I never entered the room for more than five minutes had to leave returned and left the hotel. I was told that I would get a call back from people making a decision about possible refund. No one ever contact me and I was charged full amount. I'm requesting it reviewed at least at this point and someone returned my call 610 451-4878 Dennis LISZCZ.
