Disliked:The door to room and the door to bathroom were stuck, I mean you had to put your shoulder into the main door, the bathroom door was hard to open and close as well. The sink was disgusting, the top of the sink had some kind of sticky substance on it. Disgusting!

Don’t do it, not worth the money

Disliked:Pieces of the ceiling were falling onto the bed. The water took a minimum of 5 minutes to heat, and for 2 showers did not at all. Pool has some sort of chemical film on the top, did not appear swimmable.

Not up to Marriott/Fairfled standards

Liked:I’ve been staying at Marriott properties for 28 years, starting when my job required extensive travel across the U.S., and I’ve stayed at enough locations to earn Lifetime Gold Elite Status. Unfortunately, during this stay, our whole group had ongoing issues that were reported to the front desk and to me directly. There was a constant shortage of towels, with many guests not receiving fresh ones daily, and families struggling to get enough even after asking. Pool towels were often unavailable, with only damp ones left in the closet. Washcloths and tissues ran out entirely, and rooms weren’t fully serviced—used towels were taken, but floors weren’t vacuumed and bathrooms went uncleaned. By the weekend, breakfast became frustrating, as waffle makers lacked non-stick spray, causing waffles to stick or burn. These basic service problems should have been addressed quickly by management, but no one had the chance to speak with them, leaving the front desk staff to handle all the complaints. Sadly, I can’t recommend this hotel for future stays. I communicated with Marriott Area Sales Manager, got a reply but nothing from the hotel, so I am posting my comments here. And since this was part of wedding block, my comments could nt be posted on Marriott's site.
