Very disappointed.

Liked:The bartenders and waitresses for breakfast were awesome

Disliked:The front desk people were not informative. We had ice cold showers for 3 straight nights after complaining about the water from day 1. Mold was in the shower I have video and photos. We slept with hanging wires over our head from a broken lamp. All for $2094 is insane.

Liked:We spend time at zoetry for our Anniversary And i can say that it was well enjoyed The food was pretty average but enjoyable the room were clean we have no complaints A shout out to the bartender latoya and the amazing gentleman from the ENT team Rayion they made our trip more enjoyable

A wonderful Experience.

Liked:The resort was exceptionally clean. The staff ( or family as they call themselves) were very pleasant and helpful. The food was incredible and portions were perfect. One recommendation would be a better check out system. 1 - the policy says that there is no specific check out time but no one informed us that our keys to the room were automatically disabled at 11:45am. We came back from lunch at the pool to collect our bags to go to the lobby to get our bus at 12:30pm but could not get into the room. Had to go to the office, reactivate our keys and get our bags. During that time, no one asked if we needed our bags brought to the lobby. We carried our own bags which had to be carried up the stairs. Ingo, the bartender in the lobby, saw us and quickly came to carry our bags for us. A big thank you to INGO. This is an easy fix. This was one of the nicest resorts and experiences we have had in all our years of traveling and we will definitely come back to this beautiful Resort.
