Uncomfortable and Unsanitary.

Liked:The breakfast was decent. The location was great for going to town and the on site amenities. My top was the mangrove tour.

Disliked:The room was not good. Humid to the point that moisture formed on walls and furniture. Mold on the walls and furniture. Live worms in the shower area. When complaints were loged, staff was slow in addressing them. I have since submitted an email tp management who has seemingly ignored my complaints.

Liked:I love everything the food, the place was very tidy and clean the room was well kept. The bar staff were very nice and polite. Love the ambiance and hospitality it was just an amazing trip and the staff made it more welcoming for me. Loved my stay there and I will recommend others to visit. Also getting a taxi was easy the front desk staff were very helpful.

Liked:The location was good if you want to stay near the downtown area, but I wouldn’t recommend it if you want to explore the island. The food is average, and so are the drinks.
