Not worth the money

Disliked:We stayed at this hotel for two weeks and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. We booked five large rooms, but all of them had issues with leaks from the toilets or walls. The rooms were very old, poorly maintained, and the building itself appears to be in urgent need of refurbishment. One of the most concerning incidents was when my grandmother slipped and fell in the bathroom due to the poor condition of the room. After we complained, my grandmother was moved to a different room, and we decided to upgrade to a larger room ourselves. However, the additional cost was unnecessarily high for what was offered. The beach was the highlight of our stay and deserves 4/5. The restaurants were limited in choice, but the food was delicious. Unfortunately, the overall hotel service was only 2/5. The most serious issue occurred after our stay. I left my Rolex watch in the room safe. The safe remained untouched for two weeks, yet the watch disappeared. When I contacted the hotel, I was repeatedly transferred to the room service department instead of being connected with a manager. The situation was not treated with the seriousness it deserved, and communication was very difficult as the person handling the call spoke very little English. Overall, we lost a significant amount of money while staying at a hotel that did not meet the standards expected for its price range. I would strongly recommend a major refurbishment of the rooms and facilities, along with significant improvements to customer service and guest relations. Until then, I believe the pricing does not reflect the quality of the experience provided.
