A 3.5 star hotel trying to be a 5 star.

Liked:Staff at the hotel and the restaurant were incredibly friendly. The room (ocean view) was spacious and the bed and pillows were very comfortable.

Disliked:Our coffee maker was broken. The hotel's been open about a year and construction quality seemed shoddy - toilet paper holders are falling off the walls, tile floors are broken, carpet in the halls is unraveling. For being a small, boutique hotel, the pool and beach areas were very crowded.
