Disappointed that we waited until exactly 4pm to get our room. Staff was not very nice or welcoming to us after that

Disliked:Knowing we have children, we were given room 2214 right beside the door that opens and slams close all day. Our shower had mold, we asked for someone to clean it. She came and did nothing so my wife had to attempt to clean it

Great location

Liked:Great location equidistant between whistler and blackcomb mountains. We had a one bedroom suite on 3rd floor which was great. Complimentary breakfast was good. Outdoor pool and hot tub was lovely at the end of a hot day hiking the mountains. Go up whistler mountain taking the peak express chair all the way to the top of the mountain. Views are spectacular. If you’re brave, walk the Cloudraker Skybridge.
