Liked:Overall the hotel was good. I liked the smell of white tea there signature fragrance. The hot tub and swimming pool are really nice too. Rooms were spacious

Disliked:It was my boyfriend’s birthday, and every year we celebrate by taking a trip. At the hotels we’ve stayed at in the past, they’ve always gone the extra mile to make the occasion special—whether it was complimentary champagne, decorations, or even a simple birthday card. I had also mentioned in my email that I was happy to pay extra for something special. For such a large and upscale hotel, I was honestly disappointed that nothing was offered at all, especially since I had mentioned it in advance. There were also a few issues with the room itself. The rooms are not very well-lit, and we couldn’t find an exhaust fan in the bathroom. Additionally, the glass door on the standing shower could not be properly locked or secured, which caused water to spill out and left the bathroom quite messy. Overall, I expected a little more attention to detail and hospitality, especially for a special occasion and at a hotel of this caliber.

Disliked:Check in was an absolute debacle. They refused to let us check in one minute before 4pm which was quite ridiculous as the room was obviously ready.

Liked:Luxury stay in a prime Whistler location! The resort is steps away from the village and gondolas. Beautiful, spacious rooms with comfortable beds, exceptional service, and fantastic spa facilities to relax after outdoor activities. Everything was top-notch!
