Disappointing. Incorrect room and terrible parking.

Liked:The room was clean, but was not a disability accessbile room, like I booked. Their claim was that it didn't come across as that from booking.com, which I'm not buying because literally every other place I stayed on my trip got that information. The entire property only had 1 handicap spot and someone was parked in it that didn't even have a handicap placard or license plates, ughh. Had to park completely across the property from our room, so thankfully, i'm at least an ambulatory wheelchair user, but my family member with me is NOT, so the room was very difficult for them to use. While they did give me a small refund (for a portion of the room) after talking to the manager the next morning, i would have honestly preferred us having the correct room and not having to park completely on the other side of the property.

Disliked:They could have given us the correct room type (disability access) and not have someone without a handicap placard or plates parked in the handicap spot that was literally right in front of the room they did give us. They need better parking.

Liked:Not a whole lot.

Disliked:The A/C was loud and rattled, there was a dehumidifier in the room that was also loud. The furniture was way past its prime. Theres no breakfast.
