The rooms were very clean

Liked:I like the extra large room. The breakfast was more than coffee and donuts.

Disliked:I booked 2 rooms for a family gathering that we were attending. The toilet in the 2nd room got stopped up and we had to call downstairs for a plunger. We had a problem calling to another room. We had to call the lobby in order to reach our brother room that was downstairs in another room.

Will return here if I need to every time due to customer service

Liked:The staff were really nice and accommodating for us! We were driving from Texas and I noticed that we were going to end up arriving early and they were able to allow us to check in quite early!! The room and hotel itself was quite clean.

Disliked:Pool was super cold! The breakfast was mediocre at best.

Out of my element

Liked:The breakfast was decent and all the staff were really sweet.

Disliked:When we arrived it was a little later... you can't check in INSIDE the facility. You check in from a side window. I HATED that. The room was not clean, sheets had stains, when I dried off from a shower with the towel, I had a long blonde hair on my shoulder. I've never experienced anything like this before. But the clerk at the desk that morning did make it right, she had the housekeeper come to clean our room & change all the towels. Also the shower head isn't adjustable so the way it was spraying, because I'm a little shorter, had me basically pinned against the back wall of the shower. Will I ever stay at a Best Western again, probably not because that bothered me but it was a decent stay.
