The worst ever and I travel often

Liked:I had to submit and incident report due spider bite. The room was not ready for the market. The television did not work. The phone, clock and lamp did not work. The staff person who asked if we wanted to change rooms never called back. My self and my 92 yr old mother have mobility issues and this facility is not equipped and very non concerned. I requested a refund. Per ops manger could not give until he was contacted by booking. This was the worst experience I have had at a hotel and my mom was disappointed as well as this was a surprise to celebrate her 92nd birthday. I sent an email to customer for booking and have not heard back on getting a refund. Please, accept this as a formal complaint.
