Check if there's a convention the same night you stay.

Liked:Staff were really nice, friendly and assisted as much as they could.

Disliked:Nothing worked, heater, TV, fridge didn’t work. The place and the room I was staying in was haunted. I had poor sleep. They gave me a portable heater but didn’t work the best.
