Eat, Play, Sleep, Repeat.

Liked:Enjoy effortless check-in, spacious rooms, thoughtfully designed bathrooms, and plenty of free parking. This hotel is a fantastic resort with breathtaking views! Wake up early to watch the horses and jockeys practice—an exhilarating experience, even if I lost a little money.

Electrical issues and poor management

Liked:The bad overtook any good.

Disliked:Hello, I was coming home from a 12 hour flight and meeting my parents for the night in Toronto. I booked a two bedroom suite which was $1,000. All night long, the lights randomly turned on. When I say that, I mean every 2-10 minutes. We tried absolutely everything to figure out what was going on. My mom also showered the night before and the bathroom lights just shut off. Thank god she didn’t panic and fall. Finally at 5am with no sleep I said forget it let’s go home and I called the front desk to tell them what was happening. I was told that there were KNOWN electrical issues in that room. They then told me that they couldn’t do anything as it was a few hours before check out. I don’t know a hotel that does check out at 7am. Also, I am paying for a very expensive room, under no circumstance should you put someone in a room with known electrical issues. I stayed here for a good night sleep and to spent time with my family and it ended up being a nightmare. The front desk couldn’t have cared less. I would never suggest anyone staying here.

Liked:Its a newer hotel

Disliked:They should have more restaurants the family can go to. Very poor room service options chinese or pizza very bad for diabetics. Hotels need to be inclusive and cater to people who are diabetic or have kids.
