Disliked:They don't answer the phone. I called multiple times before check in and they wouldn't answer. I booked a two bed room but when I checked in they only had a king available so I had to take it. Very disappointed in that. There was no shower gel in shower. The container was empty. The bathroom looked "worn out". We could hear very loud street noise, we heard music from the band from the bar on the street. My expectations were higher for the money I spent on the room.

Disliked:Unfortunately, this stay did not go as expected. Our flight was delayed and we arrived late in the evening, only to be informed at check-in that there was no hot water. After a long travel day, all we really wanted was a hot shower and to get some rest. I was also planning to wake up early the next morning to drive to see my brother, who is extremely sick. When I woke up early the next morning and tried again, there was still no hot water. I went down to the front desk and was told there was still no estimated time for when it would be restored. When I returned later that day, the hot water was working again. I completely understand that unexpected maintenance issues can happen at any property. My main feedback is simply around communication. It would be very helpful if situations like this could be communicated to guests prior to arrival through a message, email, or text so guests can know what to expect and decide if they want to keep their reservation or make alternate arrangements.

Convenient location

Liked:The location was great for access to the event I was attending. The gardens in the center of the hotel are a nice respite.
Disliked:The customer service is lacking. So little information offered and not good responses when you ask for help. I’ve stayed at two star properties with more attentiveness like coffee and water in the lobby and helping you with parking and getting around the property.
