A damage deposit of AUD 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Quiet hours are between 22:00:00 and 07:00:00. If a guest does not check in on the scheduled arrival date and fails to notify the hotel of a delayed arrival, the booking will be considered a "no show." In such cases, the hotel reserves the right to resell the room, and the full accommodations fee will be charged in accordance with the booking terms.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance.
