Cancellation

Payment
All prices are all-inclusive with taxes and fees. A valid credit card is required at check-in. No additional resort or service fees will apply.
Important Information
You must show a valid credit card upon check in. This credit card must be in the same name as the guest's name on the booking confirmation. When booking 3 rooms or more, or booking a room for 7 nights or more, different policies and additional supplements may apply. Same Credit card number that booking has been made in must be visible on check in. Please note that there is a 2% charge when you pay with a (Visa, Mastercard, American Express etc) credit card. Hotel welcomes dog only. For any room booking, guests are allowed to bring a dog weighing less than 11.5kg. A pet service fee of AUD 150 applies and includes the set up of pet bedding, bowls, and toilet pets.
