Please note that there is a 1.5% charge when you pay with an American Express, Visa or MasterCard credit card. You must show a valid photo ID and credit card upon check in. This credit card must be in the same name as the guest's name on the booking confirmation and the photo ID must match the credit card. Please note,that Guest actions that result in triggering a fire alarm will result in a fine of up to $2000 to cover the cost of the call out fee imposed by Fire & Rescue NSW. This includes but is not limited to smoking in guest rooms, excessive use of powders, sprays or aerosol products outside the bathroom. The covering, tampering or removal of smoke detectors is extremely hazardous to the safety of our guests and will be treated severely and will result in an additional fine of up to $5000 as well as eviction from the property without recompense.
