Disliked:Charged for a bottle of wine from the minibar that I didn't drink. Was refunded but took a couple phone calls and bit of back and forth with staff to get sorted.

Staff were lovely, location was pretty good but needs to be refreshed as rooms are very dated.

Liked:There is a little coffee cart set up in the foyer seperate to the restaurant so if you need to grab a coffee on the go on your way out, this was perfect and the man that runs it is very cheerful and welcoming. Wonderful coffee too most importantly!

Disliked:Rooms were quite dated, bathroom especially and decor very tired looking… needs an update internally.
