Disliked:The bed was uncomfortable and the tap in the bathroom leaked and the shower was in a bath. Window overlooking Hyde Park was filthy you couldn’t really see it properly

Disliked:service wasn't at 5 star level facilities not big enough for a hotel of that size bedding was of very low quality windows were very dirty causing obstruction to view of hyde park entire hotel could do with modernisation given Pullman put their name to this hotel feels like it's stuck in the 2000s
