I’m still here and need a good night sleep which I won’t get

Liked:Close to the Prince of Wales Hospital as I needed accommodation for 9 nights and walking distance for me
Disliked:My room faces the carpark of the hotel next door lots of noise and all the lights stay on ! I haven’t slept well , maybe blockout blinds are needed !

Liked:The rooms were nicely furnished and clean and the staff was helpful.
Disliked:I was placed in a room that overlooked the street and the noise kept me awake. The following day the staff moved me to a room at the back of the hotel, and that was much quieter, however I found that the bathroom smelled. The staff cleaned three bathroom, but the smell remained. I was moved to a 3rd room that was better, but I noticed the smell again. The hotel has an issue with the plumbing that needs to be fixed. Additionally there were flies in the kitchen area and it had a similar smell, but was masked by an aromatic scent.
