Have stayed at the Oaks, this was our worst stay & would reconsider going elsewhere on our next visit to the city.

Disliked:Too close to the main road (traffic noise ). Room was cold, air con did not cope with the large room. No blankets to keep warm. Decor sparse & uninviting. Could not close blinds to the outside traffic due to blind cords tangled. Woken quite early due to plumbing pipe noises (virtually a screaming sound).
