I had a panic attack about feeling so unsafe in the room off the fire escape. They said they couldn’t get me another roo

Disliked:They gave me a room off the fire escape stairwell and I felt incredibly unsafe as a solo traveller. Two full rubbish bags in the stairwell too

Great location

Liked:Staff seems nice and helpful but not enthusiastic. Room needs updating. However, location is perfect! Overall, it was a nice stay.

Disliked:Room just needs updating, noisy surrounds which is expected due to the location.

Liked:The hotel upgraded my room due to which my stay was good. If you stay in lower floors the sound of the train is too noisy and you will not be able to sleep
