Great location which suited my purpose. Staff were almost all very friendly and helpful

Liked:Very central location and despite that it was quiet

Disliked:Only one lift working. There was a sign in the hotel but nothing on website and hotel was fully booked over the weekend . Also there was owhere comfortable to sit ecmxcept in reception. The chair is my room had to be padded out with cushions to make it vaguely comfortable for someone with a bad back and the bar stools were hopeless

Great location close to Darling Harbour and central city.

Liked:We had 2 adjoining apartments for the whole family. The rooms were very clean and quiet and the beds very comfortable. Would stay there again

Liked:Location is so good! Right off George street and close to Westfield, Chinatown and Darling Harbour. The staff were all super sweet and accommodating. Even with an elevator currently being renovated there was no real wait times to come and go.
