Not worth what I paid would not stay again. Much better hotels around

Disliked:Too busy, staff were not overly helpful. Pool bar used yo be great run down dirty no music you had to ask. It was once such a cool Hotel def not worth what i paid. Lady at concierge unfriendly

Disappointing experience

Liked:The room was clean and spacious.
Disliked:Staff at the reception should look at my account properly before double charging me for the room, breakfast and extra merchant fees. Sending my invoice to a wrong email address. Having to contact them 2 days later to chase for refund and correct my email address. Key to the room does not work properly. Needing to get new once which is inconvinient. Better pillows for the room. Normal TV channels on the TV. The internet was poor. Next door room service food was left outside on the floor for the whole day before it was cleaned up. Staff at breakfast forgot about our order. When we recieve the food, it wasn't nice at all. Its a pity coz the La Petit Chef dinner show was great but the hotel experience was bad.

Disappointed with service, appalled at hygiene standards

Liked:Check in was helpful, breakfast is a great spread, location is on point. However, service standards, quality of amenities/ finishing and hygiene of room are absolutely appalling. Pool is not worth the time. In rooms: Thick layers of dust, hand prints on balcony doors, terrible room makeup, malfunctioning lamp and air con, unresponsive Concierge. Complaining about specific issues also yield no improvement. Not a five star experience at all in my 4 nights here.
