Good location to get around on a short stay, but didn’t quite hit the mark on comfort.

Liked:The location was great; easy and quick to get to from the train station. The interior design was really thoughtful and luxurious. The bed and pillows were also really comfy.

Disliked:The acoustics were really poor and we could hear full conversations clearly from the room next to ours. The traffic and street noise was also really audible. Didn’t help that there was construction work happening right outside which wasn’t fault of the hotel, but would have been good if staff acknowledged this and offered breakfast, especially given the noise started at 7am on a Saturday. There was also a bit of a smell in the room like the drains could do with a bit of a purge. It also didn’t seem like the heating/cooling was working and the room was quite cold even with heating on.
