The Hotel exceeded my expectations. It is very good.

Liked:Excellent service from the staff. They called a day ahead to ask if they could reserve parking for me and to ask whether I had any other preferences or requests. Extremely hospitable and friendly upon arrival, seeing me to my room and checking that everything was in order and that i knew what facilities were in the room.

Disliked:The entrance is in a lane way off Bridge Street and a bit hard to find at first - there is nothing wrong with the Lane way - it is something you may not expect, so just look for the lane entrance off Bridge Street.
