Disappointing experience, poor communication and not as expected

Liked:The location and that they refunded my guarantee deposit (I wasn't sure about this with this company)

Disliked:Unfortunately, our experience with this property was very disappointing. Communication was poor from the moment we made the booking. Our messages were not answered until a relative of ours in Australia contacted them directly. This was especially frustrating because the check-in process requires several steps that depend on their instructions. Please note that you must collect the keys yourself from a convenience store and provide a €400 euros damage deposit. The online check-in process is also handled through an external platform (not Booking.com so you pray is not scam), where they require not only a photo of your passport but also your bank card details. This information is requested as part of the mandatory check-in process, which can only be completed after the deposit has been paid. Before arrival, we specifically requested that the sofa bed in the living room be prepared because we were arriving around midnight with a kid. The manager confirmed that this would be done, but when we arrived, it was not ready (see picture of the sofa not made) and I had to set up the sofa bed myself after a long journey. The apartment itself was not as fresh or new as it appears in the photos. While the furniture and decoration are similar, the pictures make the property look newer than it actually is. The apartment feels older and more worn than expected. In addition, every time the shower is turned on, the noise is extremely loud and disruptive ( Unfortunately, I can't upload the video with the noise so you can get an idea). The check-out process was also disappointing.

Disliked:Everything was great. The only thing was that the smoke detector was beeping every two minutes (battery was low). I hope they take care of it before the next guest

Great location for a stay near the Rocks.

Liked:Location was great, easy access to the Rocks, Circular Quay and CBD.

Disliked:Amenities was a bit lacking.

Liked:Location was excellent,.pool and spa awesome, view fantastic, apartment was spacious

Disliked:Wasn't very clean, need atleast 2 keys, not enough instructions on how to get into the building. WiFi patchy, need pool towels
