Liked:The location is great. It is near public transportation and it is easy to get around to all the highlights, such as Chinatown and Darling Harbour.

Disliked:We stayed for one night and had a mixed experience. Although we booked a non-smoking room, it smelled strongly of cigarette smoke when we entered. When we brought it up to reception, they didn't offer to move us. Since we were too exhausted to push for a room change for just one night, we asked for an air freshener instead to make do. The passive response from staff and the lingering smoke smell were disappointing.
