Disliked:The hotel had a security service, but we had to report it to the reception twice because of the unbearable noise. The hotel could clearly state that the accommodation is not for relaxation, given the composition of the hotel guests, who I assume, thanks to various mind-altering drugs, never get tired and never get bored of the techno music and the shouting. The beds are unqualified, the breakfast is boring, we booked all inclusive, but we only used the lunch option. The only favorite was the pizza, which was freshly baked. But even that didn't make up for the many negative experiences.

Poor customer service, low quality - should not be rated more than 3 stars

Liked:The room was of good size. The shuttle service was arranged by the hotel.

Disliked:Food did not meet the standards of a 4 star hotel. We have emailed the hotel upon arrival to provide information on which meals are safe for diabetics and which not. We have never received an answer. If I go to a Mediterranean country to a 4 star hotel, I do expect an abundance of fruits and vegetables. The cured/dried/smoked meats were of lowest quality. Food in the buffet is repetitive. Unless you are really not health conscious, there is not much you can eat. In a four star hotel one would expect a bottle of drinkable water upon arrival. Here you receive a note in the room that they are saving with water so you can take the jug and pour it in yourself in one of the designated areas. Water saving is clearly not an issue when it comes to flushing the toilet - there so much water is wasted like there is no tomorrow. Also there is only a mixture of shower/hair gel and hand wash in the room. There is no moisturizer and no conditioner. HAD I KNOWN THE ABOVE DURING BOOKING, I WOULD NEVER CHOOSE THIS HOTEL EVEN IF HALF THE PRICE.

Liked:We had an amazing stay at QAWRA Palace Resort & SPA. Everything was excellent from the moment we arrived. The hotel has absolutely everything you need in one place — beautiful pools, a relaxing spa, a well-equipped gym, and great restaurants, which made the whole experience very comfortable and enjoyable. The breakfast was outstanding with a huge variety of food every morning. There were so many options to choose from, everything was fresh, delicious, and constantly refilled. It was honestly one of the best hotel breakfasts we’ve had. The atmosphere in the hotel was lovely, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was also very convenient. Overall, we truly enjoyed every part of our stay and would definitely come back again. Highly recommended!

Disliked:The elevators could get a bit busy during peak hours. Some areas of the hotel could use a small refresh, but everything was still clean and comfortable. Wi-Fi connection was occasionally slow in some parts of the hotel.
